This large parcel of land is located in the Coorabie/Nundroo district approximately 170km west of Ceduna on the far West Coast of Eyre Peninsula. The region is outside of council districts and on the edge of the Nullarbor Plain approximately 8km inland from the Great Australian Bight coastline.
The property has 22 Sections over 9 freehold titles with a total land area of approx. 11,263.8 Ha (27,832.8 acres) with approx. 5,411.5 Ha (13,372.0 acres) well cleared and arable for cropping. The property is well fenced into approx. 72 paddocks with cyclone and wooden post with approx. 90% of fencing in good stock proof condition.
